Is there any color difference between the real sample and pictures?
All pictures are taken from the real samples. Since the environment and computer monitor’s color difference, it might be a slight color difference. We appreciate your understanding.

How can I do if I do not like the scarf after received it?
Pls check the scarf within 7 days after you received. Keeping the scarf unused, we will unconditionally exchange it for you. The buyer is responsible for the shipping fee.

How can I do if there is a quality problem?
Our QC will check the goods before delivery. If there is a quality defect, we will make a refund to you.

What kind of file is required for printing?
Any digital file in JPG, TIF, PSD, or PDF format is workable for us. The size of the file should be the same as the scarf size. The original sample is perfect for us to make the printing template.
