Yes, all our products are made of certified 925 sterling silver. Each jewelry has a "S925" stamp. We can provide test certificates upon request, and our pieces are nickel-free, lead-free, and safe for sensitive skin.
QDo you accept custom designs?
Absolutely! We support OEM & ODM orders. You can send us your design / sketch or even just an idea, and our team will help bring it to life.
QWhat is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For in-stock items, there is no MOQ for test quality— you can order even just 1 piece.
Custom 925 silver jewelry: MOQ 30 pieces per design.
Custom gold jewelry: MOQ 1 piece.
QWhat's your production and delivery time?
In-stock items: Ship within 1–2 days.
Custom orders: Ship within 15 days after CAD drawing is confirmed (depends on design and quantity).
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS.
QDo you offer after-sales service?
Yes, after-sales service: whole life. Before shipping jewelry, we carry out QC (quality control) checks to ensure no defects. In the event that the product is damaged during use, you may return it and we will arrange for repairs (We only charge a small repair fee).
