A2: A sample order requires 3-5 days; mass production time takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the order quantity & styles.

A3: We have our own professional quality inspection team, if the defective rate is above 2%, we will take the responsibility for any quality problems caused by our side.

A4: Our products' color can keep 2 to 3 years or even longer, because of our PVD gold plating technology.

A5: Yes, We provide 24 hours after-sales service, we offer half to 1 years after-sales warranty service, but you need pay the shipping fee.
