Ideal for the plastics recycling and pelletizing journey, it offers a reliable and efficient solution for transforming plastics film, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials into re-pelletized forms.

The final product emerges as high-quality pellets, ready to be seamlessly integrated into production lines for blowing film, tube extrusion, and injection molding.

It consists of two sets of Single-Screw Extruders, exquisitely designed for materials with heavy printing inks, high moisture content, poor fluidity, temperature sensitivity, and high impurity content. It meets high standards with its dual filtration system, multiple exhaust capabilities, and other enhanced requirements. The underwater cutting technology excels in handling various types and high-viscosity polymer cutting, achieving superior capacity compared to spaghetti cutting. The entire pelletizing line is a testament to automated production, offering ease of operation, minimal noise, and excellent granule quality.
