The ZL series compacting and pelletizing system is a masterful innovation that elegantly merges the functions of crushing, compacting, plasticization, and pelletizing into a seamless, single-step process. Ideal for the plastics recycling and pelletizing journey, it offers a reliable and efficient solution for transforming plastics film, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags, and foaming materials into re-pelletized forms.
The final product emerges as high-quality pellets, ready to be seamlessly integrated into production lines for blowing film, tube extrusion, and injection molding.
It consists of two sets of Single-Screw Extruders, exquisitely designed for materials with heavy printing inks, high moisture content, poor fluidity, temperature sensitivity, and high impurity content. It meets high standards with its dual filtration system, multiple exhaust capabilities, and other enhanced requirements. The underwater cutting technology excels in handling various types and high-viscosity polymer cutting, achieving superior capacity compared to spaghetti cutting. The entire pelletizing line is a testament to automated production, offering ease of operation, minimal noise, and excellent granule quality.

The belt conveyor serves as the foundational feeding apparatus, adeptly transporting soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. Feeding speed is meticulously controlled by an inverter, harmonized with the compactor's current.

An optional metal detector is available for discerning customers, capable of detecting metals within materials to prevent knife damage in the compactor. Upon metal detection, the detector triggers an alarm, halting the belt conveyor.

Featuring robust fixed knives on the compactor body and innovative rotary knives at the bottom plate, it effortlessly transforms materials into refined small pieces, efficiently eliminating moisture within the materials.

Incorporates two high-performance single screw extruders, perfectly suited for processing challenging materials such as heavily printed, highly contaminated, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive, and high moisture content materials.

Our double-column melt filtration systems provide expansive filtering areas, robustly withstanding melt pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Both double-column and plate-type filters can be selected based on specific needs.

Specialized under water cutting system engineered for handling high flow rate and high viscosity materials. Customers have the flexibility to choose between water ring cutting and spaghetti cutting.

Our advanced vibration sieve meticulously sorts granules post-cutting, achieving uniform final product sizes while concurrently enhancing cooling of the final granules, ensuring superior quality.

Intelligent PLC touch screen control system offers comprehensive monitoring of all operational parameters. User-friendly interface centralizes all operations, with a one-button Emergency Stop Function.
