Product Application

This machine unit mainly produces high elasticity spray bonded waddings and glue free waddings which are widely used for garments, bedding, and furniture. The spray-bonded dryer adopts front and back spraying with three kinds of heating methods, such as vapor heat conduction oil or direct ignition. Features include top blowing and bottom suction with a 6-layer air duct for hot air penetration and convection with high heat efficiency.

Opener

Designed to loosen all kinds of fiber in bundles and transfer them to the next procedure via a blower fan. The pre-opener features a slice style roller to reduce fiber damage. The main opener uses a card pin plate with high efficiency and premium quality. It is equipped with a strong magnet to absorb metal impurities.

Cross Lapper

Used to fold and pave the mesh after carding evenly into a specified width and thickness, then transfer it to the next procedure after pressurization. All paving aprons are driven separately for easy adjustment. Reciprocal commutation is controlled by frequency conversion, and the rail is designed to prevent oil leaking.

Ironing Machine

Suitable for the heat treatment of nonwovens surface to achieve required thickness and smoothness. Heating methods include electric heating or oil boiler. Two structural style options are available: two-roller vertical and three-roller vertical. Temperature is automatically controlled and digitally displayed.

Carding Machine

Suitable for carding 1.5~20D * 38~60mm artificial fiber. The single cylinder high-speed carding and double doffer output system offer high production capacities. Cotton stripping utilizes a stripper bar or roller. The cotton feeding roller is controlled by frequency conversion and features an anti-metal protection device.
